I recently became a patient at Brookline Dental Specialists in Coolidge Corner, and I felt compelled to share my experience. I dont usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I am not the easiest patient. I have a very sensitive gag reflex and a strong fear of needles - so much so that just seeing one makes me break into a sweat. naturally, I was extremely anxious, knowing that I would need anesthesia. I share my concerns with my new dentist, Dr. Sima Kasraie, and from the very beginning, she and her assistant, Lidia, were incredibly understanding, patient, and compassionate. They took their time to make sure I felt as comfortable and at ease as possible.After applying a topical numbing gel, they use a clever technique to minimize any discomfort -gently spraying water to distract me, so I couldnt tell whether I was feeling the water jet or the injection itself in my gums. Their calm approach and thoughtful trickery made all the difference.I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and care in helping me get through something that causes me real anxiety. Thank you both so much for turning what I feared would be a stressful visit into such a positive experience !!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mu. She is incredibly intelligent, kind, and patient, with exceptional skill in her work. You can truly see that she works with her heart and genuinely cares about her patients comfort and well-being.Mu is the light of the office. Every time I schedule a cleaning or deep cleaning, I specifically ask for her. I am happy to wait until she is available because I have complete confidence and trust in her work. She consistently does an outstanding job.I feel very lucky to have Mu as my hygienist. I honestly cannot imagine anyone better. She is simply the best!

I had such a great experience with Kat at Brookline Dental! She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire appointment. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her patients oral health.Kat was gentle, professional, and very attentive, making what could have been a routine cleaning feel like truly personalized care. She answered all my questions thoughtfully and gave helpful tips without ever making me feel rushed. Im so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist. Highly recommend!

Had some initial first-visit billing issues but after speaking with the office they resolved immediately. It was very impressive and they were very kind to me and my three children.
