What is Invisalign?

Invisalign is a modern solution to straightening your teeth without wires. Clear, smooth and durable plastic is custom moulded into a set of nearly invisible aligners that snap into place over your teeth. Every two weeks, you exchange your aligners for a new set that slowly straighten your teeth to their correct positions.

How do I get started?

The first step is to make sure if Invisalign is right for you. In most instances, it will work just as well as traditional braces, but for severe straightening or re-spacing, traditional braces may still be preferable.

We’ll work with you to customize your Invisalign program. Invisalign provides software with 3D Imaging Technology that lets you virtually preview how your own smile will adjust to Invisalign over the course of the treatment. This is a valuable incentive and shows you what you can expect before committing to Invisalign.

How do I use Invisalign day to day?

The best part of Invisalign is that nobody else needs to know you are straightening your teeth. You wear Invisalign 22 hours a day, including while you sleep.

When you have Invisalign, you take off your aligners to eat and clean your teeth. Because you are removing your braces, you can continue to eat what you want, with only a few exceptions.
