Digital Workflow and Our In-House Periodontal Specialist

We have invested in state-of-the-art digital technology, including a 3D Digital CBCT scanner for the highest quality diagnostics and planning capabilities. The digital scanner creates three-dimensional images of your teeth, jaw bone, nerves, and soft tissue. Planning the optimal placement of the implant and the crown can be done digitally in software before we begin your procedure.

Dr. Yong Hur is the periodontal and implant specialist on our BDS dental team. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine, Periodontal certification, and a Master of Science. Periodontology is a specialty in the field of dentistry dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, and in the placement of dental implants. In the midst of this holiday season, and with the promise of the 2019 new year rapidly approaching, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our patients, doctors and specialists, and the entire team at Brookline Dental Specialists. It was exciting for all of us to really think about how we could communicate the quality and values we share as a practice and deliver to our patients.
