I did general cleaning and deep cleaning with dentist Sarah. She is pretty good, professional and patient. Definitely one of the best dentists I can imagine, the whole process was relaxing and I felt I was properly took care of.

Great experience. Dr. Mary has the BEST bedside manner with children. She is patient, supportive, kind, and very competent. I highly recommend her as a pediatric dentist.

It had been around 4+ years since my last dental appointment, and I was extremely nervous going into my first appointment with the Brookline Dental Specialists. I was floored by how wonderful my experience was! Pre-appointment: I sent in a new patient request, and promptly received a phone call to book my appointment and confirm some personal details. They kept me up to date and sent over the paperwork ahead of time to save stress on arrival. I got email and text reminders which were super helpful! Appointment: everyone in the office was incredibly kind and patient with my questions. The hygienist validated and addressed all my concerns, especially given the length of time since my last appointment, and walked me through each step of the appointment process. From the cleaning to X-rays to visit from the main dentist, I was suitably impressed! Everything felt clean and well cared for, and I appreciated the COVID-19 measures they still had in place. Post-appointment: they walked me through each step of billing and what insurance covered, and made sure I knew what options I had for payment. I was also able to book my next appointment right there, which was super convenient. Overall, stellar experience and I highly recommend this practice.

I live in the neighborhood where there are a plethora of dental offices but decided to check out Brookline Dental Specialists and had an excellent first visit. I was impressed right from the beginning with the receptionist who booked my appt and emailed me the forms and paperwork, the COVId pre screening process, the dentist who did the exam after a very thorough dental cleaning from Sarah, the dental hygienist, who was very attentive and paid a lot of attention to my mouth and oral care. Sarah also gave me some great recommendations on dental products for my particular dental needs. I will be returning!
